Jared Padalecki Engaged to Sandra McCoy
Jared Padalecki and longtime girlfriend Sandra McCoy are officially engaged! The Supernatural hunk confirmed the news at the Supernatural L.A. Convention. Earlier this year, it was also reported that the CW series will be returning for a fourth season. Jared, 25, and Sandy, 28, met on the set of the 2005 horror movie Cry Wolf.

‘Supernatural’ Star Ready for ‘Friday the 13th’
Nobody was more excited than me when it was announced months ago that the madman from the Friday the 13th films, Jason Voorhees, would be facing the Winchester brothers on Supernatural. The hockey mask loving killer was supposed to show up in the recent episode “Dream a Little Dream of Me,” but due to some pesky rights issues it never happened. However, it looks like I’ll be getting the next best thing, because Supernatural star Jared Padalecki has just been cast as the lead in the new Friday the 13th remake. He’ll be playing a guy who investigates some grisly murders up at Crystal Lake, which is something Sam Winchester would surely be comfortable with.
The Friday the 13th remake is being produced by Platinum Dunes studios, which also brought us recent remakes of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Hitcher, and many others. Fans of the original Friday, or the original Scream, will surely remember that Jason’s mother was the killer in the first film. Jason didn’t show up until the sequel, and he didn’t obtain his hockey mask until the third. However, in this “remake” he’ll already have his mask and be busy offing teens, so it’s not exactly a copy of the source material.

TV Guide recently put together a list of their top ten steamiest love scenes and Sam’s infamous scene from “Heart” made the cut.

The Steam Factor: Sleeping with a dangerous and somewhat mythological enemy.So what if she’s a werewolf who tried to kill him during an unfortunate transformation during a full moon? What’s important is she went fangless and hairless for enough time to jump in the sack with this dreamy hunk of man. The scratches and scars that were inflicted by her alter ego only added to this smokin’ hot love scene.

Though as you can see below in our previous post, Jared and girlfriend (possibly fiance so the photo caption said) Sandra McCoy attended the premiere of Summit Entertainment’s “Never Back Down” last night in Hollywood, California.

Supernatural is back for season four!
The CW announced their early pickups for the fall season today and Supernatural along with 5 other CW shows will be back in the fall. So this means the show will be back for a fourth season!
“First things first — Supernatural is back! You had us worried there for awhile, CW, what with taking it off the schedule for long periods of time and not promoting it as much as we’d like.
